While the bright summer blooms may have faded away, the glorious rich colours of Autumn have arrived as leaves turn golden and red before they fall to the ground. It’s a busy season in the garden. Time to finish the last of the harvesting. Time to clear up and clean up before winter settles in. Time to plan ahead for next year. It’s also a great time to visit a garden. Many of the gardens on Wexford Garden Trail remain open during October and are well worth a visit at this time of year. See below for winter opening hours at each location.

October Opening Hours: Gardens and café open 11:00am to 5:00pm Thursday to Sunday

From November 1st : Opening 9am daily with last entry at 3.30. Closing at 4.30pm
JFK Arboretum
October – March: Closing time for the main arboretum is 5:00pm sharp

October to March: Open 7 Days a week, 10am-4pm, Last admission 30 minutes before close
