Johnstown’s Leprechauns have taken over our Museum for St. Patrick’s Weekend! Leprechauns are synonymous with all things green and this year they’re asking our visitors to take their Green Challenge around the Museum and help save the planet! “We’re sick and tired of finding rubbish at the end of our rainbows”, said Shenanigans McMuffin, their spokesfairy. “It’s about time humans cleaned up their act and this St. Patrick’s day we’ve laid out a trail around the Museum with our advice on going green! We earn our gold from repairing fairy shoes and nothing is thrown away in our world. There will be craic and coins aplenty and don’t forget to wear something green!”

This is a family friendly event, entirely indoors, includes sweet treats, free to members and included in the usual Park entry fee for non-members.

The Challenge takes place from Saturday, 14th March to Tuesday, 17th March, 12pm until last Challenge entry 3.30pm ( Museum & Walled Garden close 4.45pm, Café last serving 5pm & attraction closes 5.30pm). No need to book in advance as the Challenge is self-guiding.
